AGENCY LIAISON

Unfamiliar or too busy to manage all the details of submitting a product for safety certification? Do you have several products at various stages in the process at the same time? The details of getting a product through certification can be overwhelming, especially when you have other hats to wear.

D.L.S. Conformity Assessment Inc. will act as your agent for product safety approvals from agencies such as UL, CSA, NEMKO, TUV and others. We manage the product approval process for you through all the steps, from the initial request/application, and right through to final certification/authorization to apply a safety mark.

  • Review and prepare documents, photos and samples for submittal, prepare draft
    report for agency, schedule testing.

  • Complete evaluation and testing of your product(s) will be conducted in our
laboratory. Engineers from certifying agencies will witness tests as applicable to
your product(s). Then D.L.S. follows up after tests.

  • Our location is convenient to two of the major worldwide certification bodies so that
we can meet with them face-to-face to discuss new projects, identify problems and
    arrive at workable solutions.

  • Eliminate redundant testing, minimize number of test samples required and
drastically reduce turn around time by having testing for multiple agencies or sets
    of requirements conducted concurrently.

Preliminary evaluation and testing can be conducted according to applicable standards prior to agency submittal. This is an ideal way to eliminate uncertainty and correct non-compliant aspects of the design before submittal.
